Biopro 32 - Full fat enzyme active soft soybean flour is manufactured from healthy, NON-GMO, which are crushed and dehulled. Aim is to preserve all active enzymes present in soya. Finishing operations are based on a process of milling fractioning to soft and hard flour and packing.

Shelf life: 9 months     Appearance: fine, homogenized powder      Color: pale yellow      Granulation: min 90%  <0,16 mm

Use of product:  for further processing, as one of the raw materials in the manufacture of bakery additives and mix in the baking industry.
